The plants are organically grown, hand-harvested, and gently dried. Our herbal salt is certified organic (DE-ÖKO-005) and can be used anywhere pure salt is used: in soups, salads, vegetables, meat, potatoes, etc.

Contents: 30% herbs and 70% rock salt

Herbs: Parsley, dill, savory, chives, oregano, sage, thyme, basil, garden cress, borage, arugula, lovage, rosemary, tarragon, burnet, marjoram. No garlic!
